I Will Protect You by Carolina Lebar

“I Will Protect You” is an 11″ x 14″ original acrylic painting painted on a wood panel in 2014.

I rescued a little black kitten and he was the inspiration for this piece along with my World of Warcraft character – an MMORPG (I’m a gamer). I envisioned a beautiful and loving high elf warrior who just chose her nightstalker kitten who would grow to be her mount. When the kitten is little she will love, teach, and protect it, and when it is grown it will fiercely protect her in battle.
